Daniel is working for you for seven days and you have a single gold bar to pay him. You must pay him for his work at the end of each day such that Daniel is paid an equal amount for each day’s work. If you’re only allowed to make two breaks in the gold bar, how do you pay him?
HINT: It’s not possible to make seven equal gold pieces from two breaks in the gold bar. You’ll have to be a bit cleverer than that.
